Synced with Rent Manager, AppFolio, or Propertyware?

Quickly Invite Tenants to Perform their Own Move Ins

zInspector automatically syncs Property and Tenant/Lease data for Rent Manager, Rentec Direct, Appfolio, and Propertyware users who have set up an integration with their property accounting software to zInspector.

First, set up your Rent Manager Integration, Rentec Direct, Appfolio Sync and Appfolio Tenant / Lease Sync, or Propertyware Sync in zInspector.

Then, go to the Tenants page to find the lease (search by property name). Checkmark the Tenants checkbox if needed to see tenants directly beneath their lease (it may display this way by default). Click Invite in the Tenant Move In column to quickly  invite a tenant on the lease to perform their own Move-In.
