When onboarding a property, working through a turnover, or confronting any significant repair task, clear and appropriately routed work orders enable a smooth, efficient process. Creating those work orders, unfortunately, consumes a lot of time and effort.

  1. Perform your inspection as usual in zInspector 3.
  2. Call out action items (!) for property details, and specify action types, such as Cleaning Required, Painting Required, or Repairs Required, for each.
  3. Complete, sign, and submit—that’s it!
You’ll automatically receive an auto-generated task email containing an itemized work order list for each specified action type such as cleaning, painting, or repairs. Forward the emails to your maintenance team or appropriate vendors, copy-paste the task with work order details into a software of your choice, or even coordinate the task further using zInspector’s task management and communication system.
